1. Site-survey Inspection of your carpet to ensure we're using the correct chemicals for your carpet
2. Dry soil extraction to ensure any loose dirt and dust particles are released from the fibres
3. Unique pre-stain treatment to prepare it for hot water extraction cleaning
4. Specialist pre-spray with a PH balanced cleaning solution applied with an industrial grade pressure sprayer
5. Pre-grooming (Agitation) to lift and restore the carpet pile and allow the chemicals to penetrate the fibres properly and detach any further soiling from the fibres.
6. Rinse and clean carpets via hot water extraction method (steam cleaning)
7. Specialist spot stain removal where possible.

Deodoriser

Leave your home smelling cotton fresh! It also helps to eliminate any long-lasting odours and improves indoor air quality. We highly recommend this product especially if you have wool carpets as they can absorb up to 30% of its weight in water and consequently it can take on an unpleasant 'wool carpet smell' that's reminiscent of a wet dog!

It also helps to repel liquids and prevent them from penetrating deep into the carpet so makes stain removal much more effective.
